Has anyone given their anxiety a name? Mine is Karen. She is awful. Sometimes anxiety is hard for me to talk about because it will literally spiral me into a panic attack....so I named it. I’m just curious if I’m the only one who has done this.

I haven't but I kind of love the idea. I think mine would be named Felix. :-)

It has seriously been so helpful. Still not anywhere where I want to be but it has helped.
