Anxiety cause pop noise on right side head then some numbness on side of head

This happened to me as was hitting anxiety and cause me to hear a small pop on top of my head right side and then my right side of head felt numb by my head down to my ear top portion. It's been 1.5 month or so and it's gotten better just that whenever i message the side of my head I feel tingling or slight numbness by the side between the top right side of head and on top of the ear. I also get dizziness and lightheaded. My head feels like there is a band on it and the migraines go everywhere around my head. Sometimes I have chest pains (left side) and sometimes I sleep and wake up feeling like I can't breath and shortage of breath. I have acid reflux (before had heart burn but now I dont) but I dont know if this can cause chest pains too. I had ultrasound done for my kidney, liver, and abdomen and it was all normal in March. My arms feel like it's very weak from my shoulders down to my hands. I get tremors on my arms when I wake up sometimes. My fingers felt like it had Carol tunnel syndrome or tendonitis because I had pain lifting things and my pains were along my arm beginning from my elbow. (The pain has gone away from a lot of pain to very small pain just my strength isn't there). I haven't lost any weight that is serious. I ran blood test for 30 things and the results came back great. I'm really worried about my head if that popping noise could be something serious or should I just relax and let it go away with time. I'm not sure its serious or not.

I also get weird feelings on side of head like tingling or water dripping down from top of head to top of ear and right side of head down to upper ear portion feels wierd to touch compare to left side which is normal
