No I haven't had that experience. Do you think it's related to anxiety?

could be straining your eyes focussing too much on the tv.

It can happen Meleina since there are a lot of nerves behind the

eyes. :) xx

hello Meleina, This Symptom is a part of anxiety and it is nothing to worry about, but it’s always a good idea to have it looked at. In the book by Dr. Clair Weaks she will cover that symptom a bit. I personally did not have it, but I did have a lot she listed which helped me realize everything happening to me was just a symptom of over worked nerves.
