one sided head pressure

any one experience a one sided head pressure feeling mine is on right hand side above ear area no pain just an annoying feeling like I have a head band on

Not sure if it’s sinus related stress related but sure can cause anxiety

And also post meno the joys

I get that from time to time and usually clears up with extra strength Tylenol

Yes I fell the pain on the right side of the head a tight feeling on and off

Usually that tight band feeling from stress is around the whole head.

When it is one sided above the ear, it just could be coming from your bite

being off. Have you seen your dentist recently. Also clenching while we

sleep can make those muscles tight. I'm only going by my own experiences

years ago. Feel better Aptree xx

you know my teeth do feel a bit off so you may be right I wonder if I Might be clenching in my sleep

Hi Aptree, it wouldn't hurt to have your mouth checked out.

I've had both full band pressure from stress as well as the

one sided from bite being off. Let us know xx

There are lymph nodes around there, sometimes they flair up for no reason or maybe with stress. I've had that before. I take ibuprofen and apply an ice compress to help. I'm no where near an expert lol but, maybe that will help.
