Hi, the tight feeling in your neck and the headache could be from physically tensing up due to stress. Do the muscles around your neck at your shoulders feel stiff when you rub them? Try to loosening your shoulders a bit, look for some YouTube videos on how to relax the neck and shoulder muscles.
Ringing in your ear could simply be congestion in the inner ear (it’s allergy season in most of the world) .
I know it feels like a lot of aches and pains at once, but most likely in reality it’s anxiety that’s adding up a lot of little physical symptoms into something bigger than what they really are. Just try to relax and see the dentist about the tooth (you don’t need to add dental pain to the worries you already have).
I suffer from the tense neck, shoulders, slight tension headache. They are most definitely from stress and anxiety. Those are my warnings for the crap hitting the anxiety fan. Deep tissue massages and a good pillow helped me with that issue. When they first started I was truly freaked out. I also noticed that I would constantly clinch my jaws together which caused my teeth and gums to hurt.
