Hi There,

I do too and had a horrible time at school and work.

I got with my doctor and was prescribed buspirone which helped out a lot.

For meetings and presentations, I use propanol.

For panic attacks, my old doctor gave me Xanax, but my new doctor won’t..

Might look into these as my job almost depends on it.

i am out of work because of it. i dont like going out much cars and public transport are a trigger. I was on Citlopram but i took myself off them as they was making my head go strange. do you get chest pains and pains in lower left and right back?

In regards to physical symptoms sometimes anxiety will mimic a heart attack.

My physical symptoms are my throat closing in, and my heart races a lot.

If you're really worried I would ask your doc.

ive been to the doctors and they are not worried about anything after having test etc

Then you should feel better!

But I know, health anxiety will lie to you continuously. Just try and talk back to it. Perhaps when it starts tell yourself, "this isn't true, I have proof of what the doctors told me"

I get that. I really do. Maybe look into a new anti anxiety med? We all need help sometimes. :)

When I have a doc appointment I count the days down. It feels so nice to talk to someone who's studied in what I'm experiencing :) I hope it goes well for you.

Try listening to music in public, pretend you're a really confident person, and do activities you enjoy as much as possible. I know it's hard because I still suffer too.

I do a lot of projects. IT projects to keep me occupied mostly i find listening to music in public really helps :)
