Hi guys yesterday night I had my first panic attack in four months it was awful I was sweating uncontrollably shaking convinced I’d been poisoned. And today I just feel awful and crap and it makes me want to do nothing so I can’t really get over these issues this has been continuously going on for a year I take no medication.
