Zoloft head pressure

So, another day of tapering off Zoloft is coming to a close! I was walking earlier and got some insane head pressure, like there was a rubber band in my head and by my eyes. It def freaked me out! Just chilling right now but I successfully hung out by myself without my boyfriend and without panic. Yay!

Thank you I was a little nervous being out without my boyfriend but it’s part of breaking out of the agoraphobia. Nothing bad happened, then I came home and made dinner. Progress..
