Can you still experience the physical symptoms of anxiety without having an actual panic attack? If that makes sense. Also for those that have anxiety related chest pains, what do they usually feel like?
Ex. Could my chest pain be anxiety even though I don't feel anxious?
Thanks in advance. Any tips and advice is appreciated.

Yes, you can have anxiety symptoms like chest pain without actually having a full blown attack. (I had chest pain very often and it rarely went to full on panic.) One of the tests I would do to calm my mind would be to check to see if I could touch the painful spot. If you can, it's not your heart - it's muscular tension. Also, if changing positions causes it to go away, it's not your heart.
If you haven't been checked by a doctor you should - it will likely be a positive result and it will give you some peace of mind.
