What has helped me

Hi, I joined this group because I was experiencing major anxiety. It was nice to know I am not alone. So far the best relief I have found is following The Anxiety Guy. I do not want to use meds, unless it is last resort. His program has helped me improve greatly. With some patience I feel I will become anxiety free.
