Hello!

I have not posted in a while but wanted to share some of my thoughts about my anxiety. I have been eating well and exercising more over the last 4 months. I have seen my anxiety levels go to an all time low. I also recently changed by BP medicine. I think it has helped with some slight heart palpitations. I am not "cured" but I feel much better. I think the heart palps may have been increasing the anxiety. Of course, no one can confirm this, but I do feel better. I know I will still have bad days and for the most part I take any "win" over anxiety to be an accomplishment. I think I just realize that there can be other reasons for anxiety attacks. I am posting this to remind everyone that check out your health and eat well to maintain a sound mind. It does work. I know it can be tough on some days, but I am doing it. I wish everyone the best of luck on their journey!
