Hi! What’s your day to day like? Are you like me, and hyper focus on it issue, which makes it worse?
I get brain fog, too. For me, it’s stress, anxiety, panic... my brain saying “hey, I need to check out for a bit”.
What causes these issues, do you think? Panic can cause all sorts of issues with breathing and chest discomfort. One thing I always get scared about is how I feel doctors don’t listen to me or understand. But from an outsider’s perspective, those tests are very thorough. CBC blood tests show everything from thyroid levels to potential anemia issues.
If it is panic and anxiety, I would try deep breathing exercises. Breathe in through the nose for four seconds, hold it, breathe out through the mouth. Repeat.
Try running. Endorphins will help you, no matter what.
