Any success stories? Gonna talk to psych about it tomorrow. Any luck? I've lately morphed my anxiety and depression into dark thoughts. I'm thinking this might help. Any success stories? I know it takes a while to work. But fuck it. Ya know?

Once you get OCD under control does that help with anxiety and depression?

Of course you are curious, it's absolutely normal. Decreasing OCD, lifting your mood up and killing panic attacks make the perfect conditions to work with yourself and make progress. Don't panic with any side effects, most of them will be under control over time.
