this is my little best friend Reggie, he lays on my chest when my anxiety is bad... he pushes his way in if I’m crying or having a panic attack, he checks on me when I’m in the bath & sleeps next to me every single night. he keeps me going sometimes, he is like my shadow! the sad thing is he’s got anxiety too!!!! but spends his life checking I’m okay. the amazing thing is he’s not even a trained therapy dog! I went to see him as a tiny puppy and he chose me! just needs his mamma as much as she needs him 😊⭐️🐶💕

Aw bless you. He’s amazing, I’m glad I have him too. I only went to “look” at some puppies and I know it sounds silly but he picked me! Couldn’t not have him ❤️ life just wouldn’t be the same without them would it x

It’s quite common in dogs isn’t it! I’m meeting more and more people who’s dogs are the same, reg is a collie cross and apparently it’s very common in collies x

I love this! And I’ve always been a dog lover even tho I don’t currently have my own, they really do make a difference and animals really have a positive impact! I’d love to have one some day! Definitely a beautiful thing and so much love and support there!

I've got a dog that does that too. When my depression acts up and I'm in a ball he scratches at the door to check on me.

My Dog McKenzie a English bull terrier did that for me for her 4 years of life she is no longer with us she Passed she was such a Blessing for our life it Hurted me so bad too loose Her cuz 2 me she was my Theraphy Dog am Happy your baby is being there 4 you.
