Trembling twitching shakiness

Lately I have been having muscle twitching or trembling in my hands...I will look down and notice my hand muscle pulsating and my fingers trembling. It doesn't last long but it worries me. I also almost constantly have a tight and tingling in both sides of my face constantly it used to be one side but now it's the other side also. I feel like when I smile my cheeks and lips twitch or move. I've been to neurologist and had MRIs which came back fine but I seem to be getting worse with the shaking. Could it really just be anxiety???

I thought I was the only one dealing with this. I smile and my cheeks tremble. Have been getting twitches in my lips and neck feels tight. I even made my husband smile to see if his cheeks trembled. My legs and arms shake inside. Waiting to see neurologist to get tests done. My primary doctor said i was suffering from stress but this all started before I actually began getting stressed. The twitching in my finger is what stresses me out. I also have a very fast heart rate. Ericamo1 how are you doing now?
