Everything is so expensive. I want therapy but i fear its to expensive, i try not to go to the doctor much because its expensive.

Do you have medical coverage that includes mental health services? Have you reached out to find out what your benefits are? If you don't have coverage, there are many therapists who charge a sliding fee based on your income. I certainly hope you continue searching until you find the help you need.
