I have had a good to today, now I feel so dizzy off balance and jelly legs like am going to just hit the floor and pass out or die my head is feels so light the feeling is horrible is this normal in anxiety?

hi ive had this a few times one minute ok then everything just drains from your body in a flash.i had it bad putting up xmas tree three years ago a had to lie down on the floor infront of the kids.hope you don't get these episodes to often its really uncomfortable.yeah as far as I know its anxiety related but maybe you should visit the doc and talk it over.
Hi kenster1 av had it be for just the once though and it passed, was a bit worse this time round tho so got a bit worried
I get this lightheaded feeling all the time. I always am so sure I'm about to pass out but I never do. Drink something like orange juice and have a healthy snack and do some deep breathing for a while. Remember that nothing bad is going to happen and there's nothing to be afraid of.
I feel like this at least 3 times out the week something it can last for 3 hrs and it’s horrible especially the impending doom feeing and feeling like I’m just going to fall over pass out and never wake up I hope u feeing better
