Have you tried deep breathing and exercise? I really think that practicing deep breathing daily in the morning and at night before you go to bed and also exercise might help your pressure and heart rate to return to normal. Also make affirmations around it and confess good things over your health daily as positive affirmations can change your health too. Sending you blessings. 😊

Johnny your pulse is always faster because you are in an anxious state.Even the fact that you repeatedly take your own bp is a little strange if you dont have either kidney disease or diagnosed high blood pressure.People your age do not normally take their own blood pressure ever! If you concentrate on non medical things and relax and dont take your own bp pulse etc you will settle doen a whole lot fadter. All these behaviours do is feed your obsessional behaviour a d anxiety.ergo you get anxious ,remain anxious and the readings are off.You have been checked up the wazoo ?johnny ,if you had hypertension ,heart problems or any other serious illness it would have been picked upat leadt one of your doctors, you must see johnny how you perpetuate your oen distress . You woryy it goes up. It goes up and you worry again so you check again......... cone on Johnny get off the merry go round .seriously , do yourself a favour enjoy xmas and dont medically examine yourself . You will see im right and if you refuse to give in you will feel better.

Johnnie, I totally agree with Brumchick in that it becomes a merry go round that you're on. The ride is over, time to get off and get onto something else my friend. :)

Johnny sometimes you have to just get on with life regardless.Noone want to be ill but unfortunatly millions of people are ill with some maladi or other.you are throwing away the best years of your life .You are not medically trained therfore you lack the knowledge to interpret those numbers you talk about. There is a very good reason to leave medical examinations to the experts ,precisely because things are rarely just numbers .There are lots of other things that are taken into consideration when a person needs to be assessed. Its a clinical picture as a whole that and whatever diagnostic tests your dr. Does so as to come up with a differential diagnosis,to rule out or validate the diagnosis.I do wonder why you skip around other very accurate advice. You ask for advice but fail to take any that you are given. For your own good Johnny im not going to skip around it.You ask others what their symptoms are in part to offer support but i think more often you are picking through the things that the person says so as to try to fit it to yur real fear. Here goes!, you think all the doctors are wrong you think that you have something wrong with your heart, but then again sometimes you fear a clot,or a stroke. Or a braintumour!! Yes johnney i have bern following your posts for a long time ,trying to find some way to lead you to a better place a less anxious place but then so are MANY others.JOhnny im going to let you into a secret.I do have a medical background but i dont practice anymore due to my own severe illness.A GP spends .a minimum of 11 years before they qualify. Then there is all the other things they do afterwards ,studying to update their practice so that they can maintain their registration to practise medicine.if you want to talk about a consultant. You are talking from age 21 until late 30s for most of them .These medics are extremely well versed in ther own specialities. They have so much experience ,they see everything at leadt once especially at consultant level. Now Johhney ,are you still going to labour under the false belief that they are missing something? Are all of them missing something??? no Johnney they arent , you are .You are missing the chance to climb out of this hole you fibd yoursef in because you just will not believe want these doctors are telling you.Yes your symptoms are unpleasant. So is everyones who is burdedned with healrh anxiety or whichever anxiety they may have.your doctors have done what you asked .they checked you very closely and you often had a second third and sometimes fourth opinion.I know how a persons mind can go round and round and not know where to turn. You have been lucky. You have been diagnosed. There is one hubdred percent link between mental health and physical health .you can feel physical symptoms for a mental health issue. This is what you are feeling johhny everyday these symptoms are ruling your young life .Im sure by now you are ready to leave this way of being behind you.?heres the great thing johnny. You can!! You can take your docs advice.Accept that you are not a doctor so you cannot hope to understand in detail the human bodt with all its foibles.they do... you DONT, Now why dont you take some of your meds and give them a fair skake? in the short tetm you will need a little bit of pharmaceutical help because your symptoms are invasive and because they distress you so much.In the short term those meds that you refuse to take. Could very well be your stepladder out of this hole you are in.Gosh Johnny i really care about you ,i want you to help yourself.I have expended a great deal of my limited energy to say this to you because really. It needed said ,im sryy if you think its blunt i dont mean to hurt you in any way.Im a mother of grown childreni would hate one of mine to have to go through what you do e ery day,but to be honest some of it is self inflicted. You must resist google ,i told you this months ago you promised me you would. And yet you went back.Leave the medicine to the doctors, follow their advice ,it is excellent advice.Find something like yoga to do.it will teach you to be in control of your mind an absolute gift in life if ever there was one.! practise your deep breathing. Do mot go on google do not self check your own bp with your moms bp monitor.accept that you are wrong , and be glad that you are not seriously unwell as you believe.Have fun and tell a friend when you feel a little anxious, dont ho into too much detail if you dont want to ,but tell a friend a rough outline.Accept all support and advice offered to you in the spirit in which it is given .Only you can do this Johhny, no one can order your mind and or control your thoughts ,you can and with practise it will become easier. You will win this battle but ony if you accept that it is anxiety. Not some missed serious disease that is going to cause your death at any moment!! right Johhney you have a lot to think about.Im exhausted so once again i wish you luck and i hope that you will come to your right mind and become your own master again ,
