Colouring in relieves stress

I know I’ve posted this before but I cannot push it enough........The psychology behind how coloring helps reduce stress and anxiety. Most of us simply know that we love coloring. ... According to the article, coloring “relaxes the brain. When thoughts are focused on a simple activity, your brain tends to relax.”

Here are two I’ve done out of the many. I cannot stress enough how fantastic it works. Don’t forget to buy a big box of colouring pencils.

I have never been so relaxed as I am colouring in. I haven’t even had anxiety attacks for three months. The minute I start to feel a little stressed I sit at the dining table and totally absorb myself into the colours I’m using, blending in etc . Then I get them laminated and use as table mats.

They are beautiful Jackaroo. I agree that coloring is very relaxing.

I like your idea of laminating them and using as place mats.

Thank you for sharing a relaxing tip. :) xx
