Does anyone have any post surgery recovery advice? My anxiety has been amazingly calm; I think due to having faced a big fear. However, today has been rough. Both my kids are ill; one with strep the other flu. I am a single parent & haven’t been able to follow the recovery guidelines. I do find myself anxious at this moment thinking what if but honestly I’m so exhausted and really feel like who gives a ****. My goodness... A little insight would be greatly appreciated!
