Appreciation post

I havnt been on this app long and i am a terrible worrier. I have already written many posts. Before i write them i think to myself should i write this i just sound stupid. People are going to think i am crazy. I have had many struggles and yes i have a lot of people around me and a lot of support but noone is going through the same as me. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this app who has commented, messaged and supported me with all my questions and concerns. You all have really helped me and i have come so far these past couple months and a lot of times it has been from people on here re assuring me everything will be okay or simply explaining the are experiencing the same issues. This app has truly been a god send to me and i just wanted to take the time to write this post to say thank you

  • I agree this has helped me loads in the last few months, so glad I found this place and the people on it are amazing and so supportive even though I also think I sound crazy and rambling about stuff. X

  • Love your post, I've never thought about saying thank you to everyone, most of my posts are supporting somebody else and as I'm one of those people who helps themselves by helping others I really should thank people for reading and liking my posts. Well said hollieedridge 😊

  • Thank you xx

  • And remember, people with anxiety worry about the worst possible outcome in any given situation. That outcome almost never comes to fruition so it’s so much work for nothing
