hello everyone havent been writing on here but yesterday i went to the mall and i got on these Electric stairs and i look down it was like i so high and i got so nervous it was like iwas gonna go out of control my hands was sweating my mind kept playing tricks on me like telling me to jump off the stiars but im not that crazy i went strieght to a panic mode after yesterday .now thats all i keep thinking about its like after that my anxiety and negative thoughts went on a high note. i dont even feel like myself its very weird feeling.

Wassup everyone back on here just got hit with crazy anxiety lately .
Hey Johnnie, I just saw this now. These things happen at times because of our
constant anxious thoughts. Once we start focusing into a scary thought, it
escalates and can easily go into panic mode. One of the ways to control it, is
to stop the thought the minute you sense it by looking away, talking with your
friends, looking at your watch, take out a piece of gum or mint. While doing this
start your deep breathing exercises, that will lower your adrenaline rush and
allow you to feel calmer by the time you get off the escalator. It only takes moments
for your breathing to rescue you.
Now, once it is over, leave that thought in the past. It can't harm you anymore,
it's done with. Like if you were watching a tv show and you didn't like it, you'd
switch channels.. You need to do the same thing with this negative thoughts.
I hope by now, it is gone from your mind. Take care of yourself. x
