Lexapro stopped working?

I’ve been on lexapro for 3 years now. 15mg. The past two months have been really stressful. The last two weeks I’ve been having so much break through anxiety. I’ve felt so off mentally, intrusive thiughts are back, racing heart, slurred speech, desensitization. I know it’s all cuaed by my lack of sleep with my 8 months old. I just feel like I’m going crazy again. Any advice?

I hear ya. Lack of sleep is definitely not helping anxiety for me. My body feels very weak. When my toddler actually sleeps like last night, I could not because I had a racing heart and the shakes. I’m on uh... 4 and a half weeks on 5mg of escitalopram. I started to feel better and then... bam! right back at feeling like crap.
