I am no doctor but maybe try regulating it and writing down the changes you are having? When I was taking Zoloft and Prozac it made me that way too and in order to change my antidepressant I had to write down my everyday feelings and talk to my therapist about each feeling. It could help you greatly! I don't even know the kind I am taking right now but I've only been on this one for a little over a week. It has made my mood more positive but has increased my anxiety greatly, so they gave me Xanax when I went to the ER for my panic attacks. I am trying to find a med specifically just for anxiety that isn't super addictive, but Xanax takes away the panic and anxiety pretty much instantly. Not sure if I will get it prescribed to me again. My mom is worried I will get addicted to it and rely on it for every inconvenience instead of coping in a better way

From experience sake, I was on Xanax for a long period of time. It works great initially but very addictive. I had a nasty scary withdrawal. Please don't use it.You may want to consider Buspar for anxiety. Works great and no nasty withdrawal or dependency.

Thank you so much for that info. I have been worrying about it a lot about what to do. I definitely don't want to get addicted to any kind of drug like that, can I ask how long you were on it for?

I was on benzos in one form or another for nearly 14 years. Zanax was my drug of choice because it worked fast and made me feel normal.Try Buspar as this has really helped me

Best wishes ❤️

Is it okay if I privately message you about Buspar?

You might have your hormones, thyroid and adrenals all checked out to make sure they functioning properly they can cause or contribute to mood changes, anxiety and depression if not.

Thankyou all for the replies I've had my sertraline upped to 150mg and I'm also taking 40mg twice a day of propanalol so 80mg a day hoping the sertraline works my propanalol is great for my anxiety it has helped me alot but my mood has changed and it could only be the sertraline I do think meds can stop working depression and anxiety can come back and when it does I don't know how to deal with it to be honest can't cope with it
