Lower back pain driving me insane

On the verge of going to the ER. Help!!! My back has been hurting for over a week now on the lower right side. I was having sharp pains in my stomach also but that has since stopped for the most part. The pain in my back shoots down my leg and sometimes it feels like a tingling or crawling sensation and I’ve also noticed it throbs with my pulse. I’ve freaked myself out thinking I have an abdominal aortic aneurysm. I just want to see a doctor right NOW so I can stop worrying😭it has overcome me especially this morning.

I had similar pain and it travelled down my leg as you describe, I went to dr and it was a trapped nerve ..very painful. Make an appointment as soon as you can so as to reasssure yourself by the doc ...

Sounds like Sciatica. I do sympathise as know what you’re going through ❤️

Hi, it sounds like either a nerve pinch or sciatica, a family member of mine has this and has shooting pains that go to the foot, plus numbness and tingling. Make an appointment and see your doctor it can be easily diagnosed ... Take care x
