Yesterday had a heart rate of 147 after eating today it didnt even go up. Had my echo done today, went good but ive had this odd chest tightness all day, i figure thats the anxiety kickin in or something. I cant help but to focus on my heart right now, like having a blocked artery or something crazy, and when i ask doctors about this, they say "absolutely not at your age!!! You are too young for that!!!!" but then i think of my friend clayton who had 3 90 percent t blocked artery at 31 and a massive heart attack and think, go tell that to him, luckily hes still alive. I dont want a heart cath done but at the same time i do. Just annoyed by all of this stuff. Every day its a struggle and yes i have anxiety but ive became really good from countless sessions of CBT and CTP to pick out the bs from the serious stuff but it does aggravate the situation.
I feel so drained today, i didnt want to wake up this morning for real. Just feel exhausted. Just have to wait on this Echo result to come back, please pray for me.

Hi Armyguy, crazy isn't it that today your heart rate didn't go up after eating. I'm glad the Echo went okay, now the harder part of just waiting for the results. I personally don't like having an Echo because it hurts my chest when they press with the probe. I have Costochondritis which makes me more sensitive between my ribs and chest wall muscles. I think the odd chest tightness you are feeling today is because of the tenseness and position of your body during the test. Nothing really supports the back when you are half on your left side. I know that doctors never are too keen about doing invasive tests unless absolutely necessary.
I totally understand how this plays with your mind everyday that you feel you can't handle anymore wondering and what ifs...Will keep you in my prayers. Please let us know when you get the results. Meantime, hope you get a good night's rest and Breathe......
I'm getting one done . Isn't it like a ultrasound? My doctor says he thinks everything will turn out fine because all my other tests on my heart have been. Now I'm a little worried.
listening to my cincinnati reds in a hospital parking lot, kept getting these flutters. Not rushing in the E.R. but wanna be close just incase..... Goin to be a long night.
