As much as we all help each other and reassure each other, which is great by the way, and makes us feel better. But from my experience that feeling only lasts for a short while.
I just thought it would be good for all of us to have someone with medical knowledge to explain why these symptoms happen.
As much as we help each other, and I have been helped immensely, we all seem to be going round and round in circles.
However, it is also a great place to make friends and get support that keeps us all going.
It was just a thought really!
Hope you are all having a good day out there xx

Yes I totally agree!a doctor on here would be amazing!
Because you are right,we do all go round in circles x
To be honest, I feel more reassured by people who have real life similar experiences, I often end up feeling frustrated after talking to docs, a psychiatrist once shut me straight down when I tried to explain my anxiety to the point I realised he had no idea just how badly it affected me. I love the people on here, and I love the fact I have learnt more about my symptoms on here than I could have ever imagined to learn
I understand completely, that unless you've been there you don't fully understand.
But I thought a doc that deals with anxiety could perhaps explain the mechanics of the body and for example why our legs might feel thew are buzzing/tingling etc!
I know exactly what you mean , I think I just have bad experience with doctors to the point I have no faith anymore, I would trust the people on here to explain things over a doctor any day.
If a doctor doesn't understand signs of anxiety, whatnots normal from what isn't, I doubt very much he will have researched the physical reasons why these things happen.
There are some good doctors, one thing I find really frustrating is the one I seen only heard what he wanted to hear and payed no attention to what I actually told him. Disgusting really, because he has made my problems a 100 times worse.
