Every doctor I've seen has dismissed every thing I have told them though. I've seen 4 or 5 and every one has said the drug cannot be causing it. They don't recognise any addiction or withdrawal.

doctors are good at handing out medication but hardly help in coming off them.withdrawal symptoms are absolute nightmare material.

Totally agree I've given up on doctors to be honest.

I was on Mirtazepine at a number of different points of my recovery.

How much are you taking 15mg/30mg/45mg??

Are they Soltabs or Generic hard tablets??.

They shouldn't cause burning but the amount and type are critical; i.e. they are in Oro-dispersible tablets and are more easily absorbed. They can upset your stomach but they are NOT harsh on the stomach.

If you are on hard tablets ask for Soltabs which is easier to absorb and gentler on the stomach.

I'm at 7 mg down from 15 mg. The burning is common as I've read a lot had it to. I already take the soluble I changed it. They do mess with the stomach as you can go from constipated to being loose quite quickly.
