weak beats (not able to feel heart beat anymore!)

Last week, one morning I woke up and I was not able to feel my heart beat. I usually had pounding heart beats every morning right after I wake up, due to constant anxiety! I am googling heart failure these days as they say a heart muscle that has been weakened is associated with heart failure. But I do not have swollen legs or lots of shortness of breath that are the symptoms of heart failure. Anybody feeling the same?

All day everyday.my heart races all the time.and skips and generally feels awful.

And in the night it races and then I can’t feel it beat.that happens in the day time too.anxiety is the worst!

I have also learnt to stay off google completely.it does absolutely nothing to help with anything.
