I've been going through a lot lately with my head acting up with different feelings and such. A new one that came today is head numbness. The left side of my brain feels numb and whenever I clench my teeth I feel it in my left side of head. Is this feeling due to anxiety? Can't help but feel hopeless at this point about the things that have been happening with my head.

Head Numbness?
Anxiety does some weird things to your head and other parts of your body.
yes anxiety can cause tingling and probably numbness. the main thing that anxiety will do is exacerbate every feeling you have and make it seem 10 times worse than it is. you will think there is something majorly wrong with you in bad cases but it is your body and mind getting worked up, the fight or flight.
for example, recently i was having pains in my arm. normal pains from using the PC all day or whatever. but by the time i got to the supermarket and was half-way round my anxiety was telling me i was going to have a stroke or something. i had a mild panic attack, i wanted to leave the store but i forced myself to stay. i calmed down a little but the anxiety lasted a while longer. of course there was nothing wrong with me, i'm still here. the pains went away. it's getting the balance right with anxiety, you cannot stop it but try and nip it in the bud and tell yourself this is anxiety making more from the numbness than it really is.
