How strange can head numbness behave ????

I am always stressed and panicky coz I can't believe if stress alone can do such thing . I'm having strange symptoms constantly all the time . My symptoms r like this: whenever I'm stressed low or high my head starts to become numb . It becomes so numb that I can't even feel my scalp hair . I can't feel the pressure of hair density when I press them with my palm , they just easily presses down like without no force , like they've become very thinned. And when I'm not stressed I can easily feel the hair density or the pressure they put on scalp when I press them with palm like pressure or sensations felt by very dense hair . It's very scary feeling and uncertainty is killing me . I think no one can understand what happening to me . Is it really due to numbness that my scalp hair r behaving so strange ??? There's no pain involved just that I can't feel my hair density on my scalp . Plzz help me ,I need advice or assurance coz the intensity of symptoms changes all the time and my brain is scared without an logical answer that it has applied every sort of physics on my hair just to find answer to this puzzle .

You know I didn't even think about whatever I feel the density of my hair or not.

That's what anxiety does. It makes us worry about so many irrational things.

Regarding what you have to do.

Go and see a neurologist for your own peace of mind.

But if you k ow you suffered from anxiety, it is probably due to that.

im afraid my present gp-i couldn't ask him for anything-I don't know why I should stay with someone whos dismissive of me as a person ----he young and doesn't care or has little regard of what I say.little does he know that prior to getting stressed and very high levels of anxiety I was very exacting ,logical,and not preoccupied with my Anxiety.!

Nah, not really. But usually I try to find information about the best doctor online or I ask somebody on the local forums. There is also a psychology site and I just asked there and there were doctors who helped me.

Actually it is a Russian site, because I am from East Europe.

U mean u too have exactly same symptoms of not been able to feel the hair density like there are very less hair present on scalp which gets easily pressed by palm but the same amount of hair doesn't get that easily pressed when not stressed like their density have increased. But in reality there's always the same amount of hair .....very abnormal body sensations I mean . Plzz elaborate . I would be relaxed to know that I'm not alone with such weird horrifying things.

Yes!!! I have sat and even cried bc I felt so numb headed and thought my hair was so thin. I mean it was an absolute awful experience. It's happened twice to me

Correct... when that happen to me it was horrific. I was so scared. I had to go to my mom's to feel "safe" I got distracted and it completely left
