Head pain

I've been having head pain on my left side of my head for about a week. It's not constant, it comes on and off everyday. It's a throbbing dull pain. Sometime I get it on the right side, but it's mostly on the left. My neck has also been stiff. Any ideas on what it could be, I never had this before... or is it just anxiety?

I honestly can't say and I'm familiar with anxiety symptoms. Do you have any breathing symptoms of anxiety? Any numbness around your lips?

No, breathing is just fine right now and no numbness. I haven't had a panic attack today. It's just a headache.

I think you are right, it's just a headache. Period. Possibly you slept in a way that aggravated your neck and the headache is the result from that. Just a guess.

Others say it's an ice pack headaches due to stress. Ice pack headaches are part of the migraine family. At which the headache comes and goes.

I'm not familiar with these. I'm learning from you. So you have any new stress you can point to?

Yeah I had to do some research on them. It's exactly what I've been going through. I think I'm stressing about my anxiety. I just want it gone, but Ik it takes time.

Okay, 1st comes the anxiety and next you have a migraine variant. Something new for me.
