Stress is coming back ugh

So yes I went to my doctor they said I have fluid in my right ear they gave me medicine called levocetirizi they also said it allergies probably,but I feel like my head is getting sorer and sorer I'm getting scared again because Everytime I wake up my body shakes and my head feels like it would get worser ugh I'm trying to be strong I really am I even been to taking ibuprofen but doesn't help . does anybody know what can help. 😭
