I'm so tired of this. Now when I drive someone to the hospital I have a panic attack when driving. I don't get it. I wasn, t afraid before driving them but now I start getting an attack heading into the I 95 ramp.
Does anyone know why this all of the sudden this has started? I had a panic driving over the bay bridge a couple weeks ago. Could this have something to do with it?

I wish I had an answer as to why this happrns, it happens to me too..so of course I avoid driving as much as possible, but that doesn't help really lol. I need to drive to remind myself that panoc and anxiety cannot hurt me. I say keep driving.. drive EVERY WHERE lol show anxiety whose boss
Yeah I mean you have to just drive through it. Granted my attack only lasts like 2 to 5 minutes. I mean in general I don't have major attacks anymore. I did when I was younger and didn't know how to deal with it.
Now I'm a lot better. Believe it or not after work I drive the route in my car and I was perfectly fine. Weird but I'm just trying to let my fear know that there's nothing to fear. It really is strange but I always sa that it could be much worse.
I'll take a little anxiety over what other people have to deal with everyday.
Oh my word, I suffer from this as well. Its horrible. If someone asks me to drive them somewhere that involves using a motorway, I make excuses and feel my heart is going to explode. The older I get, the worse it gets. X
