Thank you .!

That’s just over normal BP, mine when my heart was racing at 170bpm was 149/60 or something know the ambulance guy said my BP was that of a 60 year old but did go back to normal. When mine goes fast it always makes it irregular for a while. I know how it feels that there has to be something wrong with it going fast but I have had many tests in the recent months and same thing I’ve got is my heart is fine which is always hard to believe it’s only anxiety.

yeah it really is hard to believe that is anxiety but mines is almost everyday and every minute of the day it leaves then comes back .

Yeah that helps me too. Most of the time just going for a drive helps me.

Actually I'll do that now

Sometimes your heart beats harder and harder when you're extra tired or you're dehydrated. Try not to worry

Hi, that's good you're drinking water. I based it on my experience when I sometimes feel my heart beating faster and harder that I need to drink something and also when I've had a long busy day I feel it too. But as long as it's everyday is it?

Not everyday I mean

yeah the thing is mines is almost everyday and a couple of times a day aswell but docters said i was fine about 5 months ago or 6 i saw cardiologist aswell but i dont know i feel like something is causing this i dont believe its all only anxiety because its a cronic all the time

So if the cardiologist said you're ok that's great. Did they give you a Holter monitor? That would show anything out of the ordinary. I think you wear it for 2 days and just go about your day.

Do you think you concentrate on how your heart feels? Maybe you base your anxiety on your heart sensations? Eat healthily and avoid sugary drinks and caffeine and get lots of good rest. I hope you feel better very soon

yeah i did but that was around the end of 2016 now we in 2017 i dont know if that makes a different but yeah like lastnight i kept waking up i kept getting these feelings i couldnt breath like soon as i open my eyes i would be back to normal and my heart was flapping on my chest my heart wasnt letting me sleep at all it was just eating hard a bit fast then out of no where i fell asleep but right now im still tierd because it was having me up all night until i just said immgoing to pay it no mind and go to sleep.

Okay so just from past experience if your bp goes well over 200 and you feel really scared PLEASE CALL AN AMBULANCE because then it could be something more than anxiety I do not want to alarm you but i do want you to be a step ahead of any issues SVT supra ventricular tachycardia can be very alarming at times but most SVT case are just palpitations which are caused by diet related or even caffiene related

its not over 200 the most it reach one time was about 180 but it was in the beginging i was panicking alot everday its racing though and beating hard and irrgular even while laying down i seen cardiologist and i seen plenty of docters about probably 5 months ago or 6 and they said i was fine but it keeps happening dont know what can it be it beats hard in my throat right in the middle where the thyriod is something has to be causing all this i even get muscle spasms mostly every where in my body time to time just a bit annoing and scary because dont want something to happen in the last minute. im always feeling tierd and sleepy sometimes aswell something strange head feelings like dizzy then i get back to normal just strange things.
