Crazy flare up tonight .. my tachycardia always gives me anxiety 🤯 watching the new episode of Shameless with my kitty on my chest hopefully things will chill out ... purr therapy is the best 🙂

Anybody else have POTS syndrome ?

Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. It’s where anything I do my heart rate easily goes above 100. As in laying in bed, standing up, showering, just any and everything in general. It’s quite tiring.

No i don’t suffer this i take noten it slows my heart and BP.

I don’t know what POTS is, but I have what I call a skipped beat that comes and goes . It’s broughtin by lack of sleep or if I get mad at somebody . It also starts skipping when I anticipate something that I don’t want to do . I am sure that it is my version of an anxiety attack

I also have a few PACS sometimes, but they don’t bother me as much, I never knew I had them until it showed up on my 24 hour heart monitor results.

I believe I do, though I've had only tests so far, no consultant appointment until summer. I've just started buspar which is meant to help both anxiety and pots, crazy headache for 4-5 days but after that it does seem to have helped me. I often find theanine or taurine help too.
