why is this happening? please help

i used to do cocaine - it was a three week every other day run. the last two times i snorted the coke, it made me feel like i was going to pass out and i went to the hospital for it. they passed it off as me being pregnant and just passing out because that’s normal for pregnant women. i am no longer pregnant or on coke and my “panic attacks” as diagnosed by my First Opinion app doctor, have been harder to get rid of and lasting longer. my head feels heavy all of the time and even when it doesn’t, my heart is racing and right now i feel like i’ll stop breathing if i don’t force myself to breathe. i’m so scared it’s a deeper health problem. when i detoxed from the coke, these fits went away but they came right back and idk what to do. the doctor said my vitals were perfect
