I’m having a bad day and I’m so annoyed and disappointed because I’ve had a few really good days. I’m trying not to figure out how I’m feeling but it’s so hard. I don’t google anymore because I can’t even explain symptoms. When I’m bad all I want to do is run to the doc cause I’m sure there something serious wrong.

Boy I sure hope someone figures out what's wrong with all us. What I hate the most is when someone tells you to do deep breathing go for a walk read a book all those things are good for the moment but when you worry about things every waking minute and your about as far from being yourself as you ever were that's the last things I really need to here because when your in that state of mind it just makes it worse I think I just as soon hear how bad your day has been and then we can go from there to see I we can make it better after all anyone in this forum is probably suffering from some form of depression or anxiety and I don't think I would be on here if nothing was wrong me I just think there's another way to talk to someone who is suffering at that monment I hope this made a little bit of sence

Made a lot of sense. I’ve had depression/ anxiety for years but I’ve never ever felt like this. That’s why it baffles me.

ups and downs are pretty normal. It depends what's on your mind, how much sleep and what you ate the day before . Try not to get down about feeling down, it just makes it escalate. Keep smiling, we can beat the blues with positive thinking, prayers and a good laugh. xo
