Lightheaded/Faint Feelings when talking to others

Hi all. Long time no talk. Since my last post, my sleep has gotten back to "normal", I'm able to function well enough, and I've found a CBT counselor that I really agree with. Things are looking up!

I still get symptoms almost every day. The big ones are lightheadedness, lump in the throat, tight chest. The lightheadedness really gets me, and it's hard to put a finger on a trigger for it. It seems to come about when I'm talking to people. Even colleagues that I'm friendly with, I can be speaking with them at work, and suddenly feel like I'm about to faint.

Does this happen to anyone else? It's not fun! Any tips or tricks?

Hope you're all doing well.

Yeah, I've had that feeling. I found that I was locking my knees when standing still. I keep my knees slightly bent and it helps. If the feeling comes around I excuse myself and go walk around. Breathing and posture. Hope this helps.
