I just want to get up in the morning and feel good. Hasnt happened for at least 7mths. I really find it hard to believe is caused by anxiety. All tests ive had come back normal. I keep thinking the doctors are missing something.

Worried
It's frustrating, I know. Took me months to get to what I considered a normal wake up. It's been over a year dealing with anxiety and it's truly gotten better over time. The more quality sleep I got the more I improved. I still have times when I'm lying down and it feels like my heart rhythm is turbulent or my body shakes but I'm actually not. There are other symptoms ongoing but I chalk them up to anxiety and sensitized nerves. Use those positive results from your doctors as proof and be happy and proud you're healthy. Keep your head up and your mind free. Practice your breathing.
Thank you.
Hi Bobbyabby,
Did your tests include things like Vitamin D and B's check? Just a thought as I too suffer with anxiety and just found out I'm deficient in those.
Yes was deficient in vitamin D that’s now under control with D3 drops.
Glad to hear the Vit D was treated. Might be worth checking B12 and folate also if not already.
Yes I want these checked as well as magnesium and potassium.
Sounds like a good idea. Makes logical sense to me to get thoroughly checked for any deficiencies as many can cause anxiety/mental health issues.
I also take Duloxetine, which I feel has stabilised my depression somewhat. It can be difficult finding the right medication that suits our personal situation, anxiety and depression are complex things! A lot of trial and error involved, but making progress is the main thing
Almost seems like a lifetime ago there is just way too much negativity in everyone I used to be pretty outgoing and loved talking to people even I didn't know them it just seems everyone is to busy with themselves to even care about other people but you can almost bet that some day they are all going to have to be dependent on someone
