That is weird. Sometimes it is just reassuring to know how anxiety affects us all!!!

Very strange lol. I was looking up on how to restore your nervous system.

Nothing that we don’t all ready know really.

Good diet

Exercise

Sleep

Less stress

Vitamins

Magnesium.

I’m still gonna do a little more reading on it. X

Give "Stress Proof" by Mithu Storoni a read. The book suggests all the things you can do to reduce your sympathetic tone and increase the parasympathetic tone😊 Or Google "how to increase parasympathetic tone". A big one is deep, slow breathing. Try some deep breathing meditation on YouTube or guided imagery meditation for anxiety.

Oh my word the list is endless. I’ve lost a stone and half in last 3 weeks. My stomach is upset due to anxiety. But the list of my symptoms is never ending. Don’t you think though the physical then feeds the mental and the circle continues.

Yes vicious circle x

Hey do you mind to zoom in so I can read the words underneath thank you
