I lost my dad at quite a young age and it has caused me problems as I have gotten older because it wasn't dealt with properly when I was younger. I didn't really understand death and just keep everything inside. I am on medication and have been to therapy to helped me properly deal with his death. Now when I think about losing my mum I get so upset about ever having to live without them and sometimes it makes me physically sick.I get really fearful of losing them. I know this feeling probably won't ever go away but does anyone know of anything that might help with these feelings/emotions.

Hi Georgiamiaf I'm so sorry you had to go through the loss of your father at such an early age. It's good that you have been to therapy to help you process his death and I want to encourage you to keep at it if you still need the help. I'm sure you were really loved by your dad and maybe you can ask your mum for ways you can keep his memory alive such as a creating a memory photo book.
I don't know what your faith is or how strong it is but I find a lot of comfort and peace when I am fearful and upset about a situation by reading the bible. There is a verse in Psalm 34 :18 that says the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and rescues those who are crushed in spirit. Another comforting one for me says "give all your worries and anxieties to God, for He cares for you.
I know God cares for you and I pray you will find His peace to help calm your emotions.
