I have this crazy energetic-like feeling in my back muscles and limbs ever since upping my prozac dosage. It's not a terrible side effect, but I can't sit without moving my legs and arms constantly. Has anyone else experienced this?
Even when I'm tired, I feel like I need to jump up and run a mile. Exercising doesn't seem to help do much to alleviate it either.
some SSRI's can delete folate levels - deficiency could result in the symptoms you describe.
have you spoken to your GP about it?
Your having symptoms of Restless leg syndrome, I’ve had it all my life and most if not all antidepressants makes it worse or even starts it for some people
Tired yet jittery and agitated, yup, I've experienced that feeling quite often. I can't really comment about the restless leg syndrome (if that could be it) but it seems as though it's the anxiety or side effects of the meds to me. It comes and goes, as do a lot of my symptoms, but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
