Jittery
Hi there, yes I have this on and off most days, have told doc many times but didn't seem overly concerned! It is annoying though!
It is it's like there's butterflies all over my body and got this tickly feeling like I've drunk loads of coffee it's really scary and just had a panic attack because of it I think lay in bed went all dizzy and felt sick rushed down stairs didn't feel right at all then blown into a bag and it went nearly instantly so surely it's anxiety ain't it?
Yes been like this many times , you must not try to fight it or fear it, go with it , it's mearly your nerves with lots of adrenaline pumping through your body, try a walk or busy yourself try and use it up! Warm bath can sometimes help. all the best.
Thanks was starting to think there was something really wrong
No nothing really wrong physically , it's bloody nerves , if you think there are millions all over our body and the littlest think sets your adrenalin going it has to go some where so it makes all jittery like we're all wired up , I no it's worrying but it's perfectly harmless try and ignor it.. Give it a name , tell it to do one and that your not afraid of it!! Lol x
Yep I get this too really uncomfortable. 1973m summed it up
i got this when i was really anxious over christmas it felt like my bones were shaking but my body wasnt. i even thought someone was shaking my bed one night it woke me up but it was just me. its just anxiety. i still get it now. and the odd jolt when im trying to get to sleep
Do you feel really cold too? The how I'm feeling this afternoon but I'm so cold too
I get this all the time. I think it can be adrenaline - also with cold fingers and toes as well - but sometimes for me it is muscles juddering after I have been holding myself tense for a long time without realising it. Sometimes I feel like I can't even hold up my head because I've been clenching my jaw/neck/shoulders so much that the muscles start to tremble.
Lying /sitting down fully supported and warm is good for me; also goign for a walk and swinging my arms to loosen up.
