So I haven’t been out the house in 12 days and now I have to go out tomorrow and I am a little nervous I am going to have a panic attack. I feel safer when I am in my own house. I just started my paxil back a little over a week ago, any tips will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

i definitely relate 2 this. i used to have panic attacks whenever i even stepped out of the house, and had agoraphobia and didnt leave the house for a longgggg time. my advice to u is to just keep reminding urself that anxiety and panic attacks can not actually hurt u or do anything to u, no matter how powerful or real they seem. i always used to think that if i left the house i would have a seizure or a brain aneurysm or something. then i began to have panic attacks from fear of having panic attacks. its a terrible place to be stuck in. u prob have already had to leave the house as im a lil late to this post, but id really love to help support u in overcoming ur panic disorder and agoraphobia. hmu if u ever need support
