Anxiety over a damn vitamin

So I took a multivitamin and I'm stressing out wondering if it will cause a panic attack. This is just ONE of a multitude of things I worry about causing a panic attack.

I was the same way. But I recently started taking one every day a few months and I actually think it helps. Definitely recommend!

So far so good. It's been over an hour and I don't feel anything new..thank goodness..

I take biotin . I was taking two different kind at first . The very first time I tried it I had bad anxiety lol . I had to calm down by drinking a lot of water . I said drink a lot of water and my body would suck up what it needs from the pill and pee or poop out what it doesn’t need.
