I keep my home at 65 degrees...I don't like a fire in the fireplace. If I get to 70 degrees I feel anxious. If I am cold, I am more calm. I'm so exhausted from this yall...Anyone else avoiding warmth and staying cold to keep calm?

Yes. It’s almost like heat is a trigger for me. I wonder if it’s because I feel really hot when I panic.
It is the same here. If the central heating is on for more than 10 minutes I get really anxious...
