So I went outside and came back inside the house multiple times and a few minutes ago it felt like I got dizzy. I don't know if it's because of anxiety or because of how hot it is outside and how cool it is inside the house.
I didn't stay outside long it's kind of scaring me I know I shouldn't I'm calm right now I'm just scared of getting dizzy when I stand. I don't know what to do. I should mention that I'm scared of getting heat exhaustion or being sick. I'm in the cool house sitting on the floor
Any advise would be appreciated thank you

Hello and yes that happens to me at times!!! It will go away soon, pretty much any thing can trigger anxiety!!! Just stay focused and repeat, this is ONLY anxiety and think about something else!!! Try reading a book or magazine or maybe watch your favorite movie!!!
Heat is a killer anxiety trigger and anxiety can definitely do some very weird things to the body and mind, I experience the same thing as you very frequently, dizziness when standing up i mean. It is partially because of the heat. here in California it has been over 100 for numerous months now. when you go outside into the hot weather even if only for a minute then go back inside the differences in temperature will create pressure and cause you to become dizzy, and even headaches/ migraines, which in turn induces anxiety, which makes things worse. contradicting i know. no need to worry however, there is nothing medically wrong with your body it is simply the effects of anxiety and hot weather. drink a lot of water, try to stay cool and dont get up too quickly! hope i was of some help!
