So lately my mind just been racing its like fighting my thoughts and head also i been feeling this dream like like feeling like im not even here and everything looks like im dreaming its so wired i feel sick in the head i never had this it all came and hit me . i feel worthless and fighting my head everything im just tired i could feel it . would all this go away ?

I'm sorry you're feeling like this, I've had those feelings too. Meditating really helps me or if I find my thoughts racing I tend to do something to distract myself like listening to music or a podcast and just not think of anything else for a bit. Talking about it really helps too, keep going x

Benadryl ? Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergies.... Benadryl Is The Name Brand & Can Be Purchased [ very low prices ] At ANY Store.....Heck, You Can It At Most Convenient Stores Now... Just Ask For it...Only A Few Bucks or/ So....
You are feeling dream like (it's called derealization ) because your mind and brain are tired from all the worrying and anxiety, so your brain puts a safe mode on to protect you (the dream like state) I know it feels weird but please don't get distressed over this feeling because you will only add more worry on top. I have derealization from anxiety but you need to try ways to relax. I know easier said then done.
