I’m on day 3 of my Viibryd and I have had the worst morning.. woke up as usual with crazy high heart rate and just couldn’t shake the fear. I was in complete panic and wanted to burst into tears and was so scared because I was have left arm and chest pain. I’ve calmed down now but I was thinking about what my psych doctor mentioned to me at my last appointment.. she offered Clonidine. My dad takes that sometimes when his BP is extremely high. And when he takes it he sleeps most of the day. So I turned it down. I stay home with my 3 year old all day and I really don’t want to be even more sleepy then I already am.
I was wondering if anyone else has or is taking this for anxiety?
